The magazine is a environmentally conscious fashion magazine, they claim to use plastic fashion to address environmental issues so it was perfect for this project.

Gaia 2
The images are of a close friend some of the strong images have been removed at the models discretion all Gaia images where shot on my digital SLR
This shoot took place in a public forest which added a large amount of pressure for the general public not to see for obvious resons thankfully no one saw.Gaia 1
This was another uni project on the theme of Gaia, the brief was to produce a photographic response to this title created a cover for an existing magazine and double page spread for the same magazine.
I wanted to take a different approach so photographed my model in the bath ( yes i am possibly obsessed with baths) i wanted there to be a contrast in the models and shots which is why this model had larger boobs and i used close up body shots.

These images where shot on colour 120 using a hasselblad, ive converted them in photoshop
you would not believe the difficulty of fitting 2 people a camera and badly constructed tripod in one bath. Often resulting in a nice thrust to the face for the model or nearly dropping the very expensive camera in the bath

Digital test shoot
These are images from a recent uni project, the brief was to produce a series of 6-8 portraits. I decided i would photograph those who i consider to be some of my closest group of friends and family in the bath (my bath). The concept was to intrude on personal space and create an unusual situation for both myself as the photographer and my subjects.
They where shot on my digital SLR, using only natural lighting and a reflector hello world
so i decided it was about time i made a blog for photography, my photography fashion, art and generally anything artist . Enjoy
